Your Role as a Customer Service Representative :
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become the friendly face and voice of our clients. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with customers and advocating for the client's products and services. You'll become equipped with in-depth product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and represent our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism that will leave a lasting impression.
What You'll Do:
- Engage customers and promote our clients' products and services.
- Delivering confident and charismatic presentations to customers
- Answer customer enquiries
- Complete sales transactions as needed
- Provide high-level customer service to all customers
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to the client's office daily (This is on an On-site role)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding targets and objectives
