As a Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will revolve around supporting and contributing to various promotional activities and sales initiatives within a retail setting. 

Here are some typical duties and responsibilities:

  • Setting Up Promotional Displays: Prepare and arrange promotional displays, kiosks, or stands in the retail store to attract customers' attention and effectively showcase products or services.

  • Maintaining Visual Merchandising: Ensure that promotional displays and merchandising adhere to brand guidelines and are well-maintained throughout the promotion period.
  • Coordinating Events and Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, sales campaigns, or special activities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Providing Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with the retail team and other colleagues to coordinate promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes.
