Customer Success Representative
Our client is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their team in Rochester, NY.
You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Consult on customer success—Advise customers on how to leverage the product/service successfully based on their unique needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Track interactions - Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
- Meet KPI - Complete the sales process as required by Upsell products and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
