Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Engage and interact with customers at promotional retail events, ensuring a positive experience and representing our client's brand.
• Assist in Organizing and Coordinating Events: Support the planning, setup, and dismantling of events, maintaining an efficient flow from start to finish.
• Achieve and Surpass Campaign Goals: Play a key role in hitting campaign targets and driving sales, working alongside a collaborative team.
• Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Build your expertise to effectively support and advise customers, boosting interest and driving event sales.
• Flexibility in Support Tasks: Adapt to various tasks as directed by the event manager, contributing wherever needed to ensure event success.
