Your Impact:  

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers find solutions, answering their questions, and guiding them toward making purchases. With your passion and product knowledge, you’ll create a customer experience that goes beyond expectations. Not only will you be assisting customers, but you'll also be actively engaged in sales, driving revenue, and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the go-to person for all customer inquiries, offering clear and timely solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Sales Champion: Promote and sell a variety of products and services through persuasive presentations and personalized recommendations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the client’s values and confidently represent their products both in the office and during client meetings.
  • Goal-oriented: Achieve and exceed sales targets by turning inquiries into successful sales.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers to create new business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Office & Field Work: Manage a balance between on-site customer interactions and office-based tasks to support team goals.

Requirements:  

  • Must be able to commute daily to our client’s Phoenix office (on-site role)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required—we’re looking for the right mindset!
  • A passion for people and sales
  • Basic IT skills (familiarity with sales software is a bonus)
