In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing the customer experience, providing excellent service, and helping to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Product Promotion: Demonstrate a deep understanding of featured products, offering detailed insights and recommendations to drive sales.
• Event Sales: Participate in in-store promotional events, assisting with set-up, customer interactions, and sales processing during high-traffic events.
• Sales Transactions: Handle point-of-sale systems efficiently, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of purchases.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Merchandising: Assist in keeping product displays attractive and stocked, ensuring promotional materials are up-to-date.
• Sales Goals: Proactively work to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• On-Site Role: Applicants must be able to work from the job location and be available for on-site retail shifts.
• Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or promotional sales is preferred but not mandatory. A customer-service mindset is essential.
• Event Sales: Flexibility to work during special promotional events and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Sales Drive: Enthusiasm for sales with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Legal Right to Work: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
