We are proud to be able to represent our new client in New Jersey, who is currently looking for a friendly, outgoing, and personable Customer Service Trainee to maintain their clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
Objectives of the Role
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, our client's campaigns are designed to meet their customers in places where they live, work or shop.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation
- Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Requirements
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solution-orientated with the ability to solve problems
